Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in Cluj‑Napoca. In this full‑time hybrid position you will engage with prospects through outbound and inbound calls, promote Navon’s diverse services and turn qualified leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to present Navon’s service portfolio.
• Qualify leads, nurture warm prospects and close sales opportunities.
• Address objections, provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and update records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Goal‑driven mindset capable of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma; further studies in Business or Marketing are advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Basic office software proficiency (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
