Seeding Manager

About the role

As Seeding Manager, you will drive brand momentum by leading high‑volume product seeding strategies, influencer selection, and end‑to‑end operational execution across multiple product lines. You will bridge client goals with logistics efficiency, turning product distribution into measurable advocacy and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end seeding operations and logistics, ensuring accurate distribution, tracking, and full supply‑chain visibility across product divisions.
• Identify, vet, and build relationships with target influencers, aligning selections with client goals and managing content calendars.
• Monitor daily campaign activity, tracking product delivery, unboxing rates, and initial creator engagement to dynamically adjust strategies.
• Partner with Account Executives and Data teams to refine outreach strategies, assess market trends, and deliver clear performance insights.
• Manage client communications regarding seeding status, fulfillment updates, and high‑impact placement milestones.
• Analyze campaign results using social listening tools to identify high‑performing talent, calculate ROI, and refine future seeding lists.

Required profile

• Proven background managing product seeding execution and influencer relationships at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with influencer management platforms and logistics tracking systems.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate creator performance, ROI, and content engagement metrics.
• Exceptional project‑management, crisis handling, and cross‑functional negotiation skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Romanian.
