SAP Order to Cash Consultant

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara as an SAP Order to Cash Consultant. You will support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes within the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) domain, driving innovative concepts for the distribution of Bosch products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement O2C concepts and processes across the organization.
• Lead global optimization and rollout projects in collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics warehouses, sales organizations and internal IT.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, create specifications, execute SAP ERP implementations, conduct testing and provide key‑user support.
• Coordinate interfaces with production, sales, logistics/warehousing and finance.
• Drive communication, proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Knowledge of SAP ERP SD; in‑depth expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, PP) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyse, design, implement and document complex end‑to‑end processes.
• Strong understanding of modern supply‑chain concepts and hands‑on experience.
• Proven independence, multi‑tasking capability and initiative.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (EU) on a regular basis.
