SAP Intralogistics to Demand Technical Consultant

About the role

The SAP Intralogistics to Demand Technical Consultant will act as the key interface between rollout teams and the IT (Build) team, ensuring the global Intralogistics‑to‑Demand (I2D) process is aligned, designed and implemented consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Requirement‑to‑Build pipeline for I2D, from gathering business requirements to delivering functional specifications.
• Translate rollout needs into standard‑compliant functional specs for the development team.
• Partner with the Build team to validate configurations, support unit and end‑to‑end testing, and ensure solutions meet original requirements.
• Support change and release management, handing over finalized configurations to rollout teams for deployment.
• Align and adapt sub‑process changes, incorporating local rollout requirements, norms, standards and related processes (e.g., Manufacturing to Stock, Order to Cash).
• Contribute to the global roadmap to increase maturity, standardisation and compliance of I2D.
• Drive digitalisation and automation in warehouse and material flow, evaluating Industry 4.0 solutions such as AGV integration, RFID and advanced scanning.
• Monitor I2D KPIs and lead transformation programmes to improve capabilities.
• Provide consulting and coaching to rollout teams and key users on global process standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level).
• Extensive business experience in procurement logistics, production logistics or manufacturing.
