Power Apps Developer

About the role

Michelin is looking for a proactive Power Apps Developer to design, build and maintain custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into functional applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Maintain existing Power Apps applications: update functionalities, fix errors, adapt to new business requirements and ensure compatibility with Microsoft 365.
• Provide reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
• Define implementation plans, set deadlines, allocate resources and organise deployment phases (feasibility, development, testing).
• Coordinate end‑to‑end testing, record business requirements and manage change requests.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and requests related to Power Platform applications.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in Power Apps development and a proactive approach to business needs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology.
• Mid‑level professional experience with advanced proficiency in English.
• Preferred: experience with Power Automate, Power BI, CRM development and strong problem‑solving abilities.
