Working Student in Sales Planning

About the role

We are looking for a motivated working student to join our Sales Planning team at Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. You will gain hands‑on experience in a multicultural environment, supporting customer market planning, forecasting and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and analyse volume and price planning data using sales controlling tools.
• Support current forecast processes, including planning, tracking and reporting.
• Create reports and calculate KPIs and turnover figures.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal meetings.
• Handle routine and ad‑hoc tasks independently.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student, preferably studying economics or related field.
• Strong interest in working in a multicultural, international setting.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Dedicated, flexible, team‑oriented with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
