Laser Tracker Measurement Technician

About the role

The Laser Tracker Measurement Technician is responsible for the calibration, installation and operation of Laser Tracker equipment in both production and field environments. The role supports quality investigations, root cause analysis and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections, final checks and attestation of work orders.
• Generate dimensional inspection reports and analyse deviations from CAD models.
• Conduct investigations, root cause analysis and support non‑conformity closure.
• Provide operational surveillance of process, product and people, and coach teams on quality issues.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a focus on quality inspection and measurement.
• Ability to work on multifunctional teams and follow defined standards.

Required skills

• Laser Tracker calibration and installation.
• Probing techniques using SMR/reflectors.
• Dimensional inspection and report generation.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
