Clinical Psychologist / Counsellor (Romania)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a freelance practitioner, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role offers flexible business hours and can be performed remotely, with occasional onsite work if needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite) mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• At least 300 clinical hours post‑master’s.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite when required is a plus.
