Product Owner – Players Domain (Backend)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the Players domain of our GamMatrix platform. This backend product is responsible for player registration, authentication, consent, classification and protection across all operators using the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, backlog and prioritisation for the Players domain, ensuring delivery of business value.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear BRDs, user flows, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• Conduct continuous discovery and analysis with operators, compliance, account management and dependent product teams.
• Define ownership boundaries and integration points with Wallets, KYC/AML, payments, reporting and game management.
• Participate in quarterly planning cycles: review incoming work, size items, create EPICs, track progress and present demos.

Required profile

• Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints and quarterly commitment cycles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory‑critical systems in the iGaming sector.
• Ability to write precise requirements and manage complex dependencies.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
