Video Editor - Creative

About the role

Client Accelerators, a fast-growing advertising agency ranked #207 on the Inc 5000, creates and manages video content that drives conversions for coaches, consultants, experts and authors. As a Video Editor, you will work directly with the Creative Team to deliver high-quality video content that meets brand goals and keeps engagement high. The role is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos that follow brand guidelines and project objectives, cutting, trimming and assembling segments into cohesive narratives.
• Add visual effects, music, graphics and sound, and apply color grading and corrections.
• Work with creative directors and producers to align projects with brand and client goals, implementing feedback so that revisions are minimal.
• Stay up to date on editing techniques and software, and run a consistent quality control process.
• Track project progress, including edit versions, client feedback and final deliverables, and give weekly reports.
• Manage several projects at once and keep a 90% on-time delivery rate.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in video editing and production.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while keeping high creative standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and take constructive feedback well.
• Knowledge of social media video formats and best practices is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
• Motion graphics, color grading and sound design.
