Trading Customer Support Agent

About the role

Join EveryMatrix in Bucharest as a Trading Customer Support Agent, providing email and live‑chat assistance to our iGaming clients. You will help process bets, resolve match‑related issues, and ensure a smooth betting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via e‑mail and live chat, handling betting queries and settlements.
• Check, process, and settle bets according to company policy.
• Investigate missing matches or results and add missing data (matches, tournaments, participants).
• Create activity reports and keep client information up to date.
• Shadow senior colleagues to learn best practices and procedures.

Required profile

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends (2 weekends per month).
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Good written communication skills for clear client correspondence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (part of the MS Office Suite).
