Security Systems Specialist

About the role

The Security Systems Specialist will join Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara to support customers by managing incidents, providing remote assistance, and ensuring the reliable operation of technical security equipment. The role involves close interaction with clients, internal teams, and third‑party providers to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Follow incident management procedures and log all customer requests across communication channels.
• Create, prioritize, and escalate tickets to second‑level support when needed.
• Perform and document remote support sessions, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and track tickets end‑to‑end.
• Assist customers in collecting system data and logs, and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment for testing and training purposes.
• Share knowledge with colleagues, provide training after external sessions, and act as a backup for team members.
• Escalate complaints to team leaders or OPM and ensure compliance with project KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent English; German (B1) is a plus.
• Experience installing or integrating technical security equipment such as intrusion, fire detection, access control, and audio‑video systems.
• Solid networking knowledge and familiarity with analog systems, electricity, alarms, and IT‑based security integration equipment.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high quality and reliability standards.
