Senior Embedded Linux Engineer

About the role

Accenture Industry X is looking for a Senior Embedded Linux Engineer to lead the design and evolution of Yocto‑based Linux platforms for next‑generation software‑defined vehicle ecosystems. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and upgradable solutions for ADAS and infotainment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture of Yocto‑based Linux platforms across multiple products and SoCs.
• Lead BSP integration, kernel strategy, and bootloader (U‑Boot) design.
• Optimize performance, boot time, memory footprint, and overall reliability.
• Provide technical interface with silicon vendors and external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Embedded Linux experience.
• Proven track record in platform architecture and technical leadership.
• Experience with multi‑product or multi‑SoC platform ownership is a plus.
• Background in automotive, industrial, or safety‑critical systems is desirable.
