Order Management Analyst – English Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an Order Management Analyst who will ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and quotations using SAP. The role is based in Timișoara and is offered on a two‑year fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with information on price, availability, order status and product details.
• Process customer returns and manage claims through SAP.
• Extract, analyse and monitor SAP reports to manage open orders and support invoicing.
• Communicate order execution status daily to customers via phone or email.
• Raise and follow up requests for creating or updating SAP master data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and adhere to company procedures.

Required profile

• University or high‑school diploma.
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Good conflict‑management and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for order and quotation processing.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
